WHAT DOES PURPLE STEMS ON THE PLANT MEAN NOT ALL OF THE STEMS ARE PURPLE JUST A FEW OF THE NEW GROWTH ONES ARE PURPLE.

WHAT DO YOU THINK AM I DOING ANYTHING WRONG?

No, I don't think there is anything to worry about. Purple in a plant, in the stem or the leaves usually means that the plant has a lot of dominant Indica in it's genetic structure.

Question

I just took 35 CLONES and they have been rooting for  5 DAYS. some of them are starting to droop and three have died, is there anything to do to help them recover and root better.

You can try misting them four times a day with water and water the soil they are in, make sure the soil is kept moist. Make sure that they are getting 18 hrs. a day of light and that the room they are in is not too hot e.g.. 1000w bulbs don't make for good cloning lights as they will burn them it's better to use a fluorescent light at first, a good dip in rooting agent's and lots of moisture through misting.

Question

My plant has brown spots on some of the fan leaves, tell me what you think I should do or what's wrong. The room is 10x10 and there are two 1000w lights and one fan. The temperature get pretty hot during watering.

Sound like you need more ventilation in your room. One fan would not be enough  for two 1000w lights in a 10x10 room. You will need to put in at least one air intake vent and one air outtake vent and also add some more fans inside the room to keep the air circulating better it sounds like your leaves have been burnt from too much heat and not enough air circulation.
